About Me
I worked for 8 years at the Institute for Digital Humanities at the University of Graz, where I completed degrees in History and Digital Heritage Studies (EuroMACHS) and finished my PhD thesis on \"Modelling, Operationalising and Exploring Historical Information. Using the Example of Historical Financial Information\". My research interests span semantic technologies, information visualisation, linked open data and web development, which led me to co-found Digital Humanities Craft with Christian Steiner in 2022. I now work as an independent researcher and developer focused on digital humanities and generative AI, including prompt engineering, while maintaining a passion for teaching. Originally from a village in Upper Styria, Austria, I maintain a balance between my technical work and my interests in mountains, biking, sci-fi and yoga.
